Affiliates can review and track orders made by your referred customers at any time and track the payment and payout progress and schedules. Earn store credit when the customer uses your affiliate link or personal coupon code.

About the PodVapes Affiliate Program
What is the PodVapes Affiliate program?
The PodVapes Affiliate Program enables anyone to refer a new customer to PodVapes and earn 15% commission on the value of all future orders made by the customer.
Each affiliate receives both a unique URL and referral coupon code (which can be personalized) providing any referred customer with 50% off the first order. When the newly referred customer completes a purchase at PodVapes using either the unique URL link or or the unique coupon code, the affiliate earns 15% commission on that order and ALL future orders made by the referred customer. It's ongoing, forever!
Whilst anyone over 21 years of age can join as an affiliate of PodVapes, our affiliates are typically long-term customers of PodVapes; health and fitness professionals; and other supporters of vaping as a means to quit smoking.

Is there an incentive for new customers to shop at PodVapes?
Yes, any new customer who utilizes your unique affiliate URL or coupon code at the PodVapes checkout will automatically receive 50% off their first order.
Program Details
What is the commission rate?
Each affiliate receives a 15% commission of the total order value of customers they refer to PodVapes. The total order value includes any shipping costs. This is an ongoing commission, so affiliates will receive this commission automatically for every future order made by these customers.
How do affiliates get paid?
Affiliates can choose whether to be paid via bank transfer or be paid in store credits to use for future purchases at the PodVapes store.
Bank transfer payments are made monthly. The Minimum bank transfer amount is $100. Store credit coupons can be redeemed and used at any time. Minimum store credit redemption amount is $20.
How quickly must the referred customer buy?
The Affiliate program cookies last for 30 days. This means that the new customer can take up to 30 days to complete their transaction at the PodVapes store after they initially click on the affiliate’s unique URL to visit the PodVapes store. As long as the transaction is completed within the 30 day period, the affiliate will be credited with the 15% commission.
Alternatively, if the customer uses the affiliate’s unique coupon at the checkout, then no time limit applies as the coupon code has no expiry date.
Do affiliates get a special coupon code to share?
Yes, when you sign up to become an affiliate at PodVapes using our registration form (button above), you can choose the name of your unique coupon code. The coupon provides new referred customers with 50% off their first shop.

What are the conditions of being a member of the program?
PodVapes affiliates must not share their unique URL, affiliate link and affiliate coupon code with anyone under the age of 18.
Affiliates should be aware of relevant local vaping legislation.
Due to international marketing laws around nicotine, affiliates must not publicly publish any product information, images or videos of products sold at PodVapes.
