How much is shipping?
PodVapes sends all orders using DHL Express from its warehouse in New Zealand. Orders are processed within 24 hours. The cost of shipping is a flat fee of $23.99.

If I live in Australia, do I need to provide a prescription before ordering?
Yes, all Australian customers must send us a copy of their prescription either by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or upload directly here. Once this has been received, you will be able to complete your order. We guarantee delivery of all Australian orders.
How long does shipping take?
All orders received before 3:30pm NZ time will be shipped the next day via DHL Express from Auckland. (Monday to Friday excluding NZ National Holidays).
All our products are shipped with tracking from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand via DHL Express.
Can I update my address on my order?
Yes, if the update is required before receiving tracking information, please send a chat message or email to email@example.com and include your Order #. However, if you wish to perform an address update after your order has been dispatched, please contact DHL directly and quote your tracking number.
Do I need to pay for custom duties to receive my order?
The cost of duties and taxes are incorporated into our product pricing.
Do you reimburse the return shipping cost for replacements?
We will refund return shipping fees for unwanted or faulty products if we determine that the device needs to be returned. Most of the time, device warranty replacements are processed without the need to return the device to us.
I received an incorrect device or pods. Who pays for the return shipping fee?
We will any refund shipping fees for incorrectly received items. We may also offer store credit for the value of the incorrectly shipped products.
Do I have to return my faulty device?
Most device warranty claims can be processed without the need to ship the device back to us. If you are having issues with your device, please contact us with the order number under which the device was purchased and a video showing the issue. If both details are received, we can ship you a brand new device free of charge.
